Coconut Bliss Biscuit

Looking for a healthy guiltfree mid day treat or pre workout snack???

Well here you go my friends, My Coconut Bliss Biscuit

1/2 C Spelt Flour
1/2 C Coconut Flour
1/2 C Oats
1 packet Stevia
1 scoop Vanilla Protein (I used Quattro Vanilla Ice Cream by MAGNUM NUTRACEUTICALS)
2-4 drops Coconut extract
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2C Almond Milk

Mix everything together and drop by spoonful into 18 mini cupcake trays ( lightly sprayed or greased)

Bake for 7-10 minutes at 450.

Each biscuit has 72 calories, under 6g carbs, 3g of the BEST healthy fats you can have and 3.7 g protein.
