I eat the same breakfast ALMOST everyday…
I have done this for year… SERIOUSLY…. I’m talking…. 8 years… PROTEIN PANCAKES every damn day…
AND I LOVE THEM !!
I can’t get enough of them.
Now I switch minor things up a bit as to not get bored, but the base is always the same ( You can find the recipe here: http://BodyRipped.net/ripped-oatmeal-pancake/ )
This Sunday I decided to switch it up, just a little bit and the result was DELICIOUS.
1/4C whole oats
1/8C Spelt Flour
1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein ( in this particular recipe I experimented with SUN WARRIOR plant based protein other proteins may change the taste a bit)
1 packet Stevia
2 egg whites
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND WELL
Cook over low – medium like a normal pancake and ENJOY
I topped mine with my favorite Coconut Peanut Butter and Organic Strawberry Jam
