Thai Curry Clams and Mussels

This is an amazingly simple yet flavor filled Thai seafood dish which I know you are going to love.

It’s very clean too and takes about 7 minutes to prepare plus cooking time.

You will need:

1 lb of clams
1 lb of mussels
1 leek
2 tbsp of diced chives
2 tbsp of Red Thai Chili Paste
1 can Coconut Milk
3 cloves of garlic
1 small tomato diced up just right

Put the following ingredients into your best pan you use to saute with 1 tbsp of oil and saute for 4 minutes:

Garlic, chives, leeks and diced tomatoes

then add Chili paste and coconut milk, bring to a boil and stir often. Add shellfish and cook for approximately 7 minutes.
