ACTUALLY, forget that!!!   Who says it can’t taste GREAT!!!!??????

Here’s example A-

PROTEIN PANCAKES TOPPED WITH CHOCOLATE BANANA WHIP

 

Healthy Recipes Protein Pancake

PANCAKE ~    Using your magic bullet or blender :

(W) 1/4C oats                          (M) 1/2C

(W)  1/4C cottage cheese      (M) 1/2 C

(W)  1/4C egg whites             (M) 1/2 C

cinnamon + stevia to taste (For Both)

1) Blend all until smooth pancake texture

2) Pre spray or lightly oil pan and pre heat to low-medium

3) Pour out 4-8 small pancakes ( you may need to do a few batches)

*The entire mixture is equivalent to ONE serving*

 

CHOCOLATE BANANA WHIP~ Using your food processer or blender:

1 Banana

1Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 heaping Tbsp Dark Cocoa

dash Vanilla ( or mint)

1) Blend until smooth, chill 5 minutes

(W) 1/2 recipe = 1 serving

(M) Full recipe = 1 serving
