How much time do you spend INDOORS on a typical day?
It is said that spending 30 minutes per day IN NATURE, OUTDOORS noticeably improves ones mood, focus, energy, work ethic, sense of self and even a drop in depression rates.
Life is very busy, and noisy and overwhelming.
If for even a few minutes each day you can step outside, STOP, look up and gaze at the sky or the sun or the clouds or the rain pouring down on you. For a few quiet moments, notice the sound of the birds, the wind, the rain hitting the roof. Look at the grass, the flowers, the moutains, the trees, whatever is in front of you , not man made, take a moment and appreciate it.
We are not all there is on this earth nor are we the best.
