Think Burpee Push up Press up… with MAD weights and High intensity

1- Grab your weights in both hands

2-Drop down into your Push Up Burpee ( FULL BURPEE)

3-Jump your feet back next your hands, feet flat bring weights to shoulders in prep to press up

4-While driving your heels through the floor in the UP phase of your squat, Press weights up over head.

TAH DAH!!!
