Today by request we brought out the TRX Suspension band again, found a pretty little tree and had at er’
This workout is NOT a timed workout, therefore NO INTERVAL TIMER REQUIRED!!!
Now, having said that, if you WANTED to turn this into an interval style you COULD…. set your timer for 50/10 take out the desired reps and run for 14 rounds which will take you through ONE FULL CIRCUIT. ( AIM FOR 3 ROUNDS)
50 High Knees + 12 TRX PULL UPS
50 High Knees + 15 TRX PUSH UPS
50 High Knees + 10 1 ARM PULL UP ROWS ( per side)
50 High Knees + 40 TRX PLANK KNEE DRIVES
50 High Knees + 15 TRX BICEP CURLS
50 High Knees + 15 TRX TRICEP DROPS
50 High Knees + 20 TRX PLANK OBLIQUE KNEES
We only filmed 1 round of this but THREE is the full workout which will bring you to 1452 reps in total…… Want to make it an even 1500?????
Add 48 Squat jumps and feel DAMN GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF!!!
