I’m post TURKEY DINNER……
I had behaved myself at my Dad’s dinner on Sunday, but took it upon myself to INDULGE Monday night when my room mate designed a FABULOUS feast!
I’ll be honest, when I say indulge I understand that to the general public it was pretty mellow, but for Me…. Well I’m still a bit full:)
Today I needed to get sweaty….. and so here’s what I did…. JOIN ME WILL YOU;)
Timer set for 18 rounds of 50 / 10 For this workout you need NOTHING ( I used a skipping rope but not mandatory)
This workout is 6 exercises, 3 rounds total of 18 minutes and kind of a PERFECT cardio/ core blaster:)
1- Skipping / High Knees as an option
3 -T plank Hip Dip Front Kick
4 - T plank Hip Dip Front Kick
5 – Speed Skaters
6 – Sit Up Toe Tap
