Full Body Workout Things are getting SERIOUS

“WHAT DID WE DO TO PI$$ KY OFF TODAY”  is what I expect to hear after this full body workout… lol

BEGINNERS – This is your Workout:

20 Squats

20 Burpees

20 Bulgarian Split Squats – per leg

20 Push Ups

10 Squats

10 Burpees

10 Bulgarian Split Squats – per leg

10 Push ups


INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED – This is your workout

BIG PLAYERS We are starting at 50 ( choose your starting point, 30,40 or 50)

Same moves, resting after first full round, move into the next round when ready.


Be sure to stretch, drink water, eat your protein, and smile with your heart
