Today’s workout is performed in SUPERSETS. ( perform 4 full rounds of each SuperSet if time allows – If not aim for 2-3)
A superset is 2 exercises performed back to back with minimal to no rest between.
Weighted Plie/Sumo Squat X 20
Star Sit ups X 20
Plie/Sumo Deadlift X15
Plank 1/2 circle leg raise X 20
Side lunge pop up X15
Finish with TABATA :
1 leg glute bridge / hold on rest
