Booty on a Park Bench

Decided to do as Nike says……and I JUST DID IT

Today’s workout was a fly by the seat kinda workout…I find the my favorites actually!!!

10 minutes BODYWEIGHTED routine using a park bench focusing on BOOTY  CORE . TRICEPS

HOPE YOU LIKE IT :)

 

TIMER SET FOR 10 ROUNDS OF 60/10

1- Cross Over Step Up Reverse Lunge (R)

2- Cross Over Step Up Reverse Lunge (L)

3 – 3 Tricep Push Ups / 3 Tricep Dips on repeat

4- Alternating Step Up Glute squeeze

5- Reverse Crunch Toe Touch

REPEAT BACKWARDS

 

My abs were BURRRRRRRNING after that last couple minutes….. YOWZA… so good!!!!

    Great workout! I asked this on FB, but I did not see a replay. I was wondering where you got your mat from, as the one I got was horrible material and did not last long. I am looking for a sturdier one that can handle your wicked workouts! lol :-D
