We are working the Glutes and the Pecs today:) Partially due to my lack in ability to do any pkyometric / jumping moves due to a minor injury…..So here we go!
Set the timer for 10 rounds of 50/10
*This will give you a TEN MINUTE workout*
1- Single Leg Squat and reach
2- Single Leg Squat and reach
3-Single leg Deadlift Pike Push up
4- Single leg Deadlift Pike Push up
5- Glute Squeeze push up
