This will run you 8 minutes with a timer set at 50/10 for 8 rounds.

2- 8 X 8 Russian Twist press ups
3- Reverse Crunches
4- Side plank loop through – Right
5- Side plank loop through – Left
6- Reverse Oblique crunch
7-Reverse Oblique crunch
8- Pilates pulse heel touch

side plank loop thru Right 20 reps
side plank loop thru Left 20 reps
reverse oblique crunch right 25 reps
reverse oblique crunch left 25 reps
pilates pulse heel touch 25 reps
