Today I decided to get serious….. ;)

SO Here’s how it goes down…….

ROUND 1 :  FIVE minutes straight

ROUND 2 : TWO minutes straight

ROUND 3 : THREE minutes straight

ROUND 4 : FIVE minutes straight

This is a FIFTEEN MINUTE FULL BODY BEAT DOWN…

Round 1 : THE OVER ACHIEVER ( Burpee down / 10 Mt Climbers / 1 Push Up 2 Knee drives / Plank down / Tricep Push Up / Mt Jumper IN OUT / inchworm up / Squat / Tuck Jump)

 

Round 2 : Squat for Royalty (curtsey Squat lateral kick out L & R + 10 High Knees)

 

Round 3 : Angel Abs ( Alternating Toe Touch Sit up / Reverse Crunch / Leg Drop)

 

Round 4 : Marathoner ( 25 Jumping Jacks / 3 Burpees )

 

I DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT PERSONALLY….. IM DIGGING THIS… all of this.. the lay out… the push the sweat and the  feeling AFTER!!!

    Kyla, this was FANTASTIC! Round 1 looked easy on paper; oh…. My abs & arms were burning. Loved the ab round. The jumping jack round made my calves scream and I never “feel it” in my calves. The curtsie squat round was s good “rest” one after the first. I needed that. That tells you how tough the first one was. Thank you. Bring another like this- maybe with a butt round (eg. Single leg bridges, rollover, donkey kicks, jump squats). I love yourbody weight workouts. Thank you for all you do for your fans of bodyrippes.net.
