January is over and we are moving quickly through February… I cannot believe it .

I am proud to say that I have, with still a lack in my yoga practice…. I can always do MORE YOGA.

 

Today we rocked out some ABS…..     HERE’S WHAT WE DID

50 PLANK KNEE DRIVES

40 DOUBLE CRUNCHES

30 SIT UP TWISTS

20 SIDE PLANK FRONT KICKS ( 10 / side)

10 FULL PIKE UPS

 

Depending on your fitness level or energy today run through this routine 1-3 times for best results, and really embrace it.
