10 Toe Touch Twist Sit Up + 20 Plank Knee Drives Repeated
ROUND #3 (5 MINUTES)
10 Full Burpees + 20 Crab Kick Overs Repeated
ROUND #4 (3 minutes)
6 Side Plank Kick Dips + 6 Side Plank Kick Dips + 20 Reverse Crunch Repeated
ROUND #5 ( Your best time – No timer )

Hi Kyla!! You are so inspirational, to me and to many other people watching your videos. I aspire to be in as great shape as you are one day. I know & have faith I will be there if i keep pushing play and keep working out hard several times per week and eating right. You make me want to push that much harder everyday, and make me want to be a better version of myself. With your kindness, passion, and knowledge you share with viewers (people you don’t even know), is unbelievable so thank -you!! I also have 2 quick questions : It seems as though you do most of your workouts in the morning, is there a reason why you do this….and do you eat/drink anything prior to these workouts?

Thank you so very much for your words…. I feel blessed to have people like you following along
I train in the morning for a few reasons…..
1) First thing upon waking up I am working in a fasted ( no food) state and I will be using stored fat for energy ( the workouts are short enough that I can feel ok going this route- If the workouts were longer than 20 I would absolutely eat something first)
2) Convenience for me, I have a flexible and very random schedule working as a trainer and I like to train before my day fills up.
Do I take anything prior to my workouts? Yes
As a sponsored athlete with Magnum Nutraceuticals I am loaded with the best in supplements and I often take our BCAA / Creatine blend ( DNA) and a pre workout drink. Either SERUM which is slightly stimulated and has active BCAA / Creatine blends in it to produce a hightened level of strength and endurance.
OR OPUS which is stimulant FREE but increases my cellular activity, focus, endurance and balances my pH, with a hydrating agent as well.

awesome workout! i am just never sure what the crab kick overs are supposed to target. they feel like a bit of a mellow cardio / rest …. ?
I am loving these 5-3-5-3 workouts! Fantasfic one! I finished last set in 5:10. Keep them coming.
